The project proposes a Motorcycle and Marine Dealership with to employees total at 25 gallons per day per employee for a daily flow of 250 gallons per day. This project will also accept the flow from another existing business, a Veterinary Hospital with 65 pens at 20 gallons per day per pen for a daily flow of 1,300 gallons per day for the Veterinary Hospital. Total proposed flow for the project is 1,550 gallons per day. The Veterinary Hospital is currently served by a private on -site septic system which is being removed as part of the proposed Battleship Cycles & Marine project. The proposed sewer flow will be conveyed via 6" private gravity sewer main which will tie into a proposed on -site private lift station. The private lift station will tie into a proposed 2" private sanitary sewer force main which will then tie into a proposed 2" public sanitary sewer force main, which is being permitted concurrently. The flow will ultimately reach the James A. Pump Station (Name or Number): Given that: a. The proportion and amount of Obligated, Not Yet Tributary Daily Flow (C) accounts for 30 % and 1.76 MGD of the Available Capacity (E) in Pump Station ; and that b. The rate of activation of this obligated, not yet tributary capacity is currently approximately TBD MGD per year; and that c. A funded Capital Project that will provide the required planned capacity, namely Sidbury Road Force Main is in design or under construction with planned completion in 2022 ; and/or d. The following applies: The Sidbury Road force main is under construction and is Dermitted such that flow can either flow through Pump Station 89 or down the Blue Clav Road force main. CFPUA has a funded Developer Capital project to complete the tie in and send Sidbury Road force main flow through the Blue Clay Road force main as planned. This will reduce the permitted flow through PS 89 leaving adequate capacity for this project. Therefore: Given reasonably expected conditions and planning information, there is sufficient justification to allow this flow to be permitted, without a significant likelihood of over -allocating capacity in the system infrastructure. I understand that this does not relieve the collection system owner from complying with G.S. 143- 215.67(a) which prohibits the introduction of any waste in excess of the capacity of the waste disposal system.
