Cazier, P.E. 5725 Oleander Dr. Unit E-7 Wilmington, NC 28403 (910)859-8983 2/1/2022 Public Sewer Narrative Battleship Cycles & Marine New Hanover County, NC PN 2020-015 Battleship Cycles & Marine is proposed to occupy an existing vacant 2.3 acre commercial lot located on the southwestern corner of the intersection of Market St. (US-17) and Alexander Rd. in New Hanover County, NC. The flow from this project has been accounted for in a private lift station and force main permit which is also in the permitting process. The project proposes 2,18o ft. of 2" SDR-21 PVC public sanitary sewer force main to be installed within the Alexander Rd. (SR-1345) public right of way. The proposed 2" public force main will then tie into an existing public sanitary sewer manhole located within a 30' public utility easement where the receiving downstream sewer size is an 8" line. The flow will ultimately reach the James A.
