Attached is the Flood Plain Development Permit and No Rise Certification for the Dredge Retainage Basin for
the McAdenville Lake Dredging Project. To our knowledge, this completes any and all local authorizations that
are required for us to proceed with our project. I am enclosing a copy of the Commercial Flood Permit for
Gaston County for your review. If there is anything further that you need from us prior to your release of
permit, please email me your request and we'll get right on it. The Town of McAdenville is anxious to get this
pond cleaned up.

any changes that are made to the work that is outlined in this permit. I understand that if I am obtaining this
permit under North Carolina GS.87-1(b)(2) as an 'owner contractor', that I MUST be present for all inspections
performed. I further understand that all inspection requests are to be made by me or my agent. Lastly, I
understand that this permit will become null and void 6 months (180 days) from the date issued if work on the
