Box 958 Lenoir, NC 28645-0958 Subject: Annual Residuals Report CY 2021 Enclosed is a copy of the 2021 calendar year Annual Residuals Report for the City of Lenoir's Lower Creek WWTP Residuals Facility; permit number WQ0010059. Our Biosolids production had been stopped for several years, and the new belt press and gas dryer has been installed and the upgrade completed. The production was off and on during the year of 2021. The recipient list was in another locked office of which I didn't have a key to get into today. I will submit the biosolids recipient list and amounts hauled to their property by March 7th, 2022. Blowing Rock sludge is entered directly into our sludge holding tank rather than enter through the headworks. They were added as a source on the new permit. If there are any questions or if any further information is needed please call me at (828) 757- 2198 or email me at Irtriplett(@ci.lenoir.nc.us Sincerely, Elisa R.
