1. This project is in the Neuse River Basin and is subject to the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rules. The
most recently published NRCS Soil Survey refers to the most recent paper -bound copy of the
NRCS soil surveys, not the Web Soil Survey. (https://deq.nc.gov/water-quality/surface-water-

recently published NRCS Soil Surveys are available as pdfs on the NRCS website

2. This site has mapped features that appear on the provided USGS Topographic map. Portions of
one feature appearing on the USGS Topographic map are not shown as buffered streams on
provided overall site plan. There may be mapped features on the most recently published NRCS
Soil Survey as well. Please provide a copy of the Buffer Determination Letter from DWR for this

3. I see a JD request but not an AJD or PJD. Has the Corps confirmed the wetland delineation for
this site?
