The proposed impact includes wetland fill (parking area) in Section 404 wetlands for the expansion of the existing business. Wetland impacts were limited to a total of 0.10 acre, which is covered under a USACE Nationwide 18 General Permit. The proposed 2,000 square foot building will be pile supported and elevated 8 feet above the wetlands to minimize impacts. The 0.10 acres of fill is for the additional parking needed for the expansion.
