Dear Cyndi:
On June 14~`, 2007 DWQ approved a stormwater management plan for South Park
Village Investments I and II. This was a site located in the Town of Holly Springs
along the NC HWY 55 Bypass between Avent Ferry Road and Ralph Stephens Loop
Road.

Since this approval the Town of Holly Springs has added additional restrictions to the
height of the 100-year downstream water surface elevation. Due to these additional
restrictions, Wetland 1 has been increased in size allowing it to detain a larger
volume of water over a longer period of time. This has reduced the downstream water
surface elevation and has satisfied the Town.
We wanted to make you aware of this change and are sending you an updated set of
plans for your records. This change can be seen on sheet C 12.05 of the plans.
