This tree is just outside the hand clear area shown on the permit drawings. I wanted to send you guys the permit drawing and a photo of the tree and request authorization to remove this one tree. It will be very close to the new bridge and will need to be removed. It will be cut at the water's edge, and no mechanized clearing will occur. The contractor is currently working around it, but it is causing some safety concern.
