I recently submitted a 401 WQC /404 PCN for 575 sf of temporary impacts in wetlands necessary to finish work
that has already begun by CenturyLink (subcontractor Lamberts Splicing). This work is part of the utilities
relocation effort associated with the NC 12 Pea Island Long Term Improvements (Phase 11 A). USACE issued
their NW12 on Friday (copy attached for your convenience). Can you keep me updated on DWQ's progress
moving forward? As you can guess, we have a lot of anxious parties eager to get back to work.
