On the plans she gave me, the road crossing to the east, nearest Hwy. 210 is over a linear wetland. I wouldn't even call it a stream, just a wetland drain. No real stream characteristics. The other crossing is perennial. Is there a signed JD for this project? we found an area that looked pretty wet to both of us and it's not on the map.(J. Carter and Associates didn't do the delineation, that was S&EC). let me know if there's anything else I can do. 3/29/2007
