Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on February 28, 2022. Rolin
Phillips was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
Silt fence along the left bank descending of Cold Springs at the base of the rip rap is damaged. Either replace or remove
(only at base of rip rap). This was discussed with Rolin.
Continue to add ground cover as required.
