This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0055905. Daniel Hunter (ORC) Bob Barr (RPB Systems Inc.) and members of the Waterford Place Property Owners Organization were present and assisted with the inspection. The facility appeared well maintained and operated at the time of the inspection, and in compliance with Permit NC0059905. The following additional items were noted at the time of the inspection: It is recommended that the decommissioned chlorine contact chamber be removed to avoid the potential for a safety hazard and/or operational confusion.
