The complaint stated that work (sanding/grinding) on a commercial fishing vessel the Chastity Brooke was resulting in a large amount of paint chips and paint dust entering Oriental Harbor. No work was occuring while I was on site and I did not see any signs of dust/debris remaining In the harbor. Available photo and video evidence documents the violation. While on site I spoke to the owner of the facility Chris Fulcher. He stated that he was not on site at the time the violation was occuring. The Oriental Police department made him aware of the situation on 2/12/22 and he proceded to the facility and stopped the work that was causing the Illegagal discharge to surface waters. Page# 2
