It took a little finesse to tease everything out, but it doing so I caught ?.n original submission mistake that had included -325 sqft of impacts that were double counted. Thought I had double checked the calcs enough originally, but apparently not! Anyway, the sediment basins on the south side of the culvert lie largely in the temp crossing pathway. I reintegrated the overlapping area and included the additional area not within the temp crossing footprint. I recalculated the temp and permanent impacts, whereby I discovered the original error as well. I haven't tweaked the numbers on the application document... do I need to do so and send you an update for it as well? I am in the office, so if you look at this and have any questions, please feel free to give me a call at the number listed If this looks good, do you have a timeframe for when the permit may be issued? (Just need to appease some folks ... ) Thanks again for all of your help. Yes this permit was achallenge, but if this isa tougher one then | don't think I'll shy completely away from them in the future! Takecare -J James VV. I think I told you that Shannon said that the basins required by him are temporary, so I was going to try to calculate the impacts I need to quote in the permit based on what I had. But I wasn't able to figure that out from my documents. I think I forgot to get back to you and ask you if you could send me an updated impact drawing (I know, you want to run screaming from that drawing you've done it so many times...). I'm sorry I let that slip under some other paperwork this week.
