Eco Terra Partners, LLC provided a draft mitigation plan to our office on February 17, 2022 for the
establishment of the Eco Terra Three Creeks Farm Mitigation Bank (SAW-2019-02341), located in
Davidson County in the Yadkin River Basin (8-digit HUC: 03040103). This email provides notification
for the start of the NCIRT review period for the Draft Mitigation Plan Review in accordance with
Section 332.8(d)(7) of the Mitigation Rule. The 30-day review period will begin in 5 days.
The draft mitigation plan can be found on the RIBITs website at the following link:

You must be signed into RIBITs to download the files, which are located in the Cyber Repository for
the Bank. If you would like a hard copy of the plan, please let me know and I will arrange to have a
