They're in compliance with the local review. Asked the owner to get impervious calcs to me. engineer came up with
less than 24.

Just a quick follow up from on the impervious areas of the houses we have in phase 1/2. The average impervious area
for the lots recently completed and proposed to start soon is 3,720 SF. This number doesn't account for paver outdoor
living areas that are installed on the majority of the houses out there. This adds an additional 300 SF totalling 4,020 SF.
