information provided is sufficient. However, the application requires a wet -ink or secure digital signature (like those
applied through DocuSign or Adobe); unfortunately, no photocopies or digital recreations of signatures can be accepted.
If you could please resubmit page five of the application with both yours and Ms. Neely's signatures in one of the two
forms mentioned, I will be able to process your application and issue a permit.
