This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection. The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. The WWTP appeared to be well operated and maintained. *All diffusers were operational during the inspection. *The effluent was very clear on the day of the inspection. No discrepancies were noted during the inspection.
