of the inspection. This has since been corrected according to facility representatives.

Facility has not utilized the wet decking system in years. Currently only
stormwater that contacts the wet deck area is routed to the recycle pond.
Facility does not maintain enough logs onsite before processing to currently

V. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
Compliance Schedule I. Facility submitted sealed plans for the proposed drainage system on 4/26/2017 and the plans
were approved by the Division on 5/12/2017. Work was completed on the ditches in 2017 according to facility staff.
