Just to clarify, there is no fill proposed within the designated floodway. The building pad which I s located within the
100-year flood plain, will be filled to bring the elevation above the elevation of the 100-year floodplain. The pipe
installation through the floodway will be temporary and the existing grade will be restored following the pipe
