Can you provide an updated map then (with new date to avoid confusion)? I'll need that for the Public Notice. Thanks! Emily 1 Emily B. There are two impacts there. One calculates to 0.66 acre and the other calculates to 0.24 for a total of 0.90. My previous map (before the field visit where we changed the wetland line) showed 0.82 acres of impacts. Apparently I left the "2" when I changed the label. Sorry about that! I look forward to working with you. Thomas: In reviewing the application, I see discrepancies with the proposed impacts. According to the project plan drawings, there would be 8.98 acres of proposed wetland impacts. However, the narrative in the application form and supporting documents total 8.96 acres of wetland impacts. It seems there's a difference for the Overburden Road (0.9 vs. 0.92 acres). If you could clarify this and provide updated information, that would be great. I'm finishing up the public notice, and once I have this information, I will be able to send it to get posted on our website. Sincerely, Emily 2 Emily B. I'm going to rely on you, Chris Pullinger in DWR's Washington office, and Emily to ensure I don't miss something "coastal" that I'm not used to dealing with. Hi Emily, nice to meet you. I work out of the Winston Salem office and do all the IPs for the western part of the state for DWR, but over the years I've filled in for our Central Office when we don't have someone in the position Rick just left. I usually try to stay out of any Coastal areas because I don't know those regulations at all, but I have plenty of experience with mining IPs and Paul is so overwhelmed right now that I'm going to try my hand at this one. All that to say, if you think I'm off base on anything, please don't hesitate to mention it because I'm probably just clueless. We were working with Rick last year. He had been to the site and attended a pre application scoping meeting. I didn't realize he was no longer with DWR.
