In the PCN I submitted last night, I requested authorization of the project under a NWP 18 for stormwater outfall
impacts and NWP 39 for the road impacts for the business park. I forgot about the issues with the 2021 NWPs.
Since the total permanent wetland impacts for the entire project is 0.089 acres, we are requesting authorization of the
entire project under a 2017 NWP 18.
