Solar farm construction was completed in 2015 and all project disturbed areas are vegetated. There are no permanent SCMs for
the project - all flow is considered dispersed sheet flow. The project complies with the guidelines outlined in Recomendation 2:
Disconnect runoff from solar panel arrays per NCDEQ Stormwater Design Manual E-6 (Figure 1).

Solar farm construction was completed in 2015 and all project disturbed
areas are vegetated. CCR performs grass mowing as needed, along with
debris removal as part of regular O&M activities (quarterly, min.). Hydrologic
soil goup is actually combined C/D per USDA Soil Survey provided.
