I've been told by the project civil engineer that the owner/developer has decided against pursuit of wetlands impacts for this site, but I do not have confirmation from the owner yet. I will let you know as soon as I receive that confirmation so we can withdraw this permit application. Please do not withdraw the application until I send you confirmation. Thank you both. Reaching out to confirm that I did receive your review comments for Baileywick Road (DWR# 20210933), and that I and the site civil engineer are working to address those in detail. I was out of the office on vacation, holidays, or with covid for over half of December, so I am trying to catch up. My apologies for the delayed response, but I will try to submit detailed responses and drawings to you next week, assuming I have everything I need from the civil engineer by then. Has a Buffer (Stream) Determination been performed for this site? If so, please provide a copy of the Buffer Determination. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)] 2) The site map does not show Zones 1 and 2 of the Neuse River Riparian Buffer. Please provide a site map that shows Zones 1 and 2 of the Neuse River Riparian Buffer. [15A NCAC 02B .0714(8)] 3) Please provide building envelopes for all lots with wetlands, streams, or buffers on the site plans. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(9)] 4) The application includes an emailed wetlands delineation concurrence from Lyle Phillips of the USACE, however, the application does not include the attachment mentioned in that email. It is unclear if the "Existing Conditions Plan" on page 1 of the Baileywick Rd Wetlands Impacts pdf is the "Baileywick Road Property Wetlands Delineation" map referenced in the USACE email. Please provide a copy of the "Baileywick Road Property Wetlands Delineation" as referenced by the USACE. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)] 3 5) Please provide more details regarding avoidance and minimization of wetland impacts for this project.
