Attached above is the survey that I was just speaking to you about. The main issues shown by this survey are the
encroachment of the home onto the Neuse River Riparian Buffer, and the encroachment of the home and driveway onto
the Tree & Vegetation protection zone. The remedy for this would be an approved variance for these encroachments.
