Annette,
Hope things are going well, including the transition to Land Resources. I have not heard if there will be another NCSU
Stormwater party this year, but if so we may see you there.
I am following up on the calls you received a couple months ago from myself and Carolyn Lewis, with the Town of Cary.
We had called about a bioretention cell on Kildaire Farm Road that had failed and the Town was interested in converting it
to a wetland. We weren't sure how the permitting needed to happen, so we called you for guidance. The final result was
that we would not be required to apply for a permit and would mail you a letter discussing the design of the modification
and the plans. We have now completed the design and the letter and plans are attached. I will also put a copy in the
mail.
