The changes needed are as follows: 12-Mile Creek SW; NCG110071: Remove Edward Gosiki as a delegated signatory authority; no longer with the organization. Remove Charles O'Cain as a delegated signatory authority; no longer with the organization. Crooked Creek SW; NCG110070: Remove Edward Gosiki as a delegated signatory authority and Permit contact; no longer with the organization. Remove Charles O'Cain as a delegated signatory authority; no longer with the organization. In addition, the following changes need to made to our 12-Mile Creek NPDES permit; NCO085359: Remove Stuart Horton as a back-up ORC; no longer with the organization.
