Hey Mike,
DWR has reviewed the Year 1 Monitoring Report for the Banished Bull site. Comments on the
report are provided as follows:
1) Height data does not include the units of measurement. It is assumed that the data is
in centimeters, but make sure the units of measurement are included in future
monitoring years.
2) DWR ID# is not 2020-0047. Correct the ID# on all future reports to 2020-0047v2.
When uploading the Year 1 Report, WINC used the wrong number (2020-0047 version
1) and the report was filed in the wrong folder in the database. Please make sure to
include the correct version #2 when uploading electronic docs.
3) Vigor data is supposed to be included in the reports but was not provided in the Year 1
report. Include vigor in all future monitoring report data.
By copy of this correspondence, the Banished Bull Site (DWR ID# 2020-0047v2)) Year 1
Monitoring Report is approved. Once DWR has received confirmation of bond renewal, we can
proceed with the issuance of the credit release.
DWR authorizes a 20% reduction in the current bond amount of $100,000 for Bond#
CE00155800061.
