I. General Program Information
• Pretreatment Program Information Sheet - The information sheet as
provided by the PERCS Unit is accurate at this time.
• Major Pretreatment Program Elements
Headworks Analysis – The headworks analysis report was approved to the
PERCS Unit on May 2015
• Enforcement Response Plan – The Town of Marshall WWTP has an approved
Emergency Response Plan of file at this time
• Sewer Use Ordinance - The Town of Marshall adopted the model SUO March
21, 2013
• Industrial Waste Survey – The Town of Marshall WWTP performed an
Industrial Waste Survey on December 15, 2018
II. General Permit Information
• IUP – The Industrial User Permit for Derringer Ney Manufacturing was renewed
on April 15th, 2020. The IUP is to be renewed April 15th 2025. This is the Town’s
only active IUP.
• IUP Changes – There have been no additions or changes for SIU during the year
2021
III. SIU Information
• SUI’s in SNC – There were no industrial users in SNC during 2021
