Pump around at Rock Creek ‐Y5‐ and ‐L‐ Site’s 4 & 3 
 Ensure end of pipe is protected from erosion, do not create any issues in these areas 
 No additional impacts allowed 

Trenching Utilities in Wet Land Areas where allowed 
 Keep material separated by soil type (Topsoil goes back on top) 
March 22nd 2022 NWP expires there is a 1 year extension to March 22nd 2023, New Permit 
Required March 23rd, 2023. 
 Site 2 (Permit Drawing Sheet 14) is complete. 
Directional Drilling 
 Wattles and Silt fence at bore pits.
