THE 42-INCH HDPE PIPES SHALL BE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED IN FILTER
CLOTH. THE PIPE INVERT IS TO BE FITTED WITH "FLEXI BAFFLE"
CULVERT BAFFLES BY S. SCOTT AND ASSOCIATES, OR APPROVED
EQUAL, AND INSTALLED PER MANUFACTURER'S STANDARDS. THE
BAFFLES SHALL BE INSTALLED AT 8-FOOT SPACING AND NO CLOSER
THAN 4 FEET TO A PIPE JOINT OR END. THE BAFFLES ARE TO BE
ATTACHED TO THE HDPE INVERT BETWEEN THE CORRUGATIONS WHERE
THE FULL WALL THICKNESS IN PRESENT.
