The attached drawings show the impacts resulting from the two road crossings. These road crossing impacts total 0.23 ac plus the 0.02 ac of clearing for the utility easement. Total impacts are now proposed at 0.25 ac, which is a .015 ac reduction from the original PCN. As requested by the Corps, the applicant is in the process of retaining compensatory wetland mitigation. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments regarding the reduction in wetland impacts.
