Alan,
See attached for stormwater permit provided by engineer to me. The utility line is open cut, re- established to
grade.
Thanks,
Wendell

See below, if this makes sense. If you have a copy of an approved SW plan from a delegated authority, you
should go ahead and submit a copy along with an "approval" letter. Check out condition 912 on the GC 3890.

I do not have a copy of the Wayne Brothers permit or plan. I do haave a copy of the December 31, 2012 letter
from Robert Patterson.. I think we keep a copy of the letter and permit here but I haven't found the file yet.
However, we do not keep the drawings.. Do you have a copy?
I don't blow the answer to these questions until I spend some time on it — and find the permit. As for 95, I
don't blow what type of buffer he has to keep out of It's not a Catawba, ORW, NSW or trout — unless his
classification information is wrong. I will be out until Tuesday but let me blow if I need to rush to get you
more info.

1) To reduce the slope of the main culvert, might it be better to not bury the outlet. (Bury the inlet, with a
sill), and have discharge at grade at the outlet. Given the slope, will you need something to hold grade
upstream?
2) Would a plunge pool at the outlet also be better, rather than a regular apron I generally like plunge pools.
3) For the utility line , is this an open cut or a bore?
4) Finally the discharge from the SW pond, could it not be placed at the bottom of the pond to allow some
overland flow, rather than where it is now discharge from top of bank?
5) Regarding SW, does not the pond need to be outside a 30 ft buffer? Plus, there was no approval letter
attached. Do you have the approved plan and approval letter (Boyd, do you have it ?)
