Mr. David Brown told me by email that we will need the Department of Army (DA) authorization for our
project and the best way to do this will be through Nationwide Permits.
The permit verifications can be issued under Nationwide Permit 29 (NWP 29), Residential Developments and
NWP 13 Bank Stabilization.
