We are a small landscaping company located in Canton, NC. We are working on a landscaping
project in Maggie Valley, NC. This project involves bank stabilization on a UT to Big Spring
Branch, a culvert installation in addition to an existing culvert and stream side stabilization. The
primary objective is to repair and prevent erosion concerns, followed by the property
landscaping with native plants. The work will be performed as soon as permits are approved.
Please find enclosed five Pre - Construction Notification (PCN) form and drawings. Let us know if
you need any supplementary information.
