Box 7207 Greenville, NC 27835 RE: Adventure Park (Pitt-2021-001) Dear Sir, Attached is a copy of the inspection report prepared following an onsite inspection of the project referenced on the report. This report is intended to inform you of the project's compliance with the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973 and Construction NPDES Stormwater General Permit. Please review this report carefully as it may contain corrective actions needed and/or comments which will assist you in meeting the required performance standards. Comments: Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is in compliance and released under the SPCA. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCGO1) must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination (NOT). The NOT is available at: https:Hedoes.deq.ne.gov/Forms/NCGOI-Termination. Please note that this correspondence must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process. Closeout request made in December 2021, site was stable at that time. I was delayed getting out to the site. Ask for annual NCGO I renewal fee waiver if possible.
