The NC Department of Transportation installed 5U line�r feet of ri�rap on this slope which was tc�ed ir�to the edge af an unnamed tributary to the South Fork New River (Class: B; C.�R.W). The s�ream actually does not show up an topo maps in this area. The construction zone was dewat�red with a pump around operation as usual during this type af operation.
