Subject: Request for a permit fee and additional copies of permit application for a DWQ 401 certification.
This is in regards to the placement of 0.095 acres of wetland fill, associated with lot improvements to Mrs.
Julia C. Hutcherson's property in Ocracoke, Hyde County. (DWR# 14 -0229)
Thanks for the notification for the additional information and I apologize for the confusion
regarding the Written Certification. I did not anticipate this application would need a written Certification;
therefore I did not include the fee and additional copies in the original request. My client is in the process
of setting up a small retail greenhouse business in Ocracoke and the spring season is quickly approaching.
She is eagerly awaiting her approval and any efforts you could make in moving the application along would
be greatly appreciated. I have included the application fee and 3 additional copies of the permit request.
