referenced project. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided
inaccurate information as discussed below.
Additional Information Requested:
® A review of the General Certification GC3890(NW18) reflects the need for a $240 permitting
fee based on wetland impact in the Tar Pamlico River Basin. Please remit a check to DENR-
DWR, 1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1650.
® DWR requires a total of four(4) complete application sets to begin the review and approval
process. Please remit three (3) more sets.
Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. This letter only
addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected
buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this
