• Tryon Finishing Corporation 2021 PAR had no SNC and one (1) BOD violation and one (1) copper
violation which did not exceed the TRC criteria.
• POTW mailed TFC Wastewater Survey& Permit Application Renewal Form for permit renewal
effective date 1/1/22.
• POTW received approval from State on 8/11/21 for Industrial User Pretreatment Permit
Renewal.
• Hand delivered Industrial User Pretreatment Permit to Tryon Finishing Corporation on 9/30/21
Effective date January 1, 2022—expires 12/31/2027.
