Bethany,
I have been working on reviewing and updating the information for the Stormwater permit for the Wastewater plant
and saw that the info for the airport also needed updating. I have uploaded to the website the Owner Affiliation
designation form for both permits — NCG150019 and NCG110150. I will mail the original signed form to Raleigh today.
I also need to make the following updates to both of the permits as listed below.
NCG150019 Henderson Field Airport
Facility contact name and permit contact name — remove James Gantt's information and add Gage King, Airport
Manager 910-285-6642(phone), gking@wallacenc.gov
Billing Contact— Remove James Gantt's information and add Robert Taylor, Jr., Finance Director, 910-285-4136 (phone),
rtaylor@wallacenc.gov
NCG110150 Wallace Regional WWTP
Billing contact- remove Anthony Colon's information and add Robert Taylor, Jr., Finance Director, 910-285-4136 (phone),
rtaylor@wallacenc.gov
Outfall — we actually have 2 outfalls, so we need to add the 2nd one as Outfall #002, ditch, latitude: 34.730374 longitude:
-77.982341, 100% stormwater. This ditch also flows to the waterbody listed under outfall # 001.
I will also email Aziza Selkane about the change of the contact person for billing. Contact me if you have any questions
about the changes. Thanks.
