On behalf of the Town of Highlands, please find enclosed a Pre - Construction Notification
Form and supporting documentation for the above referenced project for your information. The
Town of Highlands will be requesting a Nationwide Permit for the construction from the United
States Army Corps of Engineers.
The project consists of the replacement of culverts currently in a state of disrepair with
precast concrete 3 -sided bridges at three (3) locations as shown on the location map. The project falls
below the requirements for a 401 permit according to General Certification 3883.
