We were not aware we are in violation. We received a building permit from the county
and a Certificate of Occupancy in 2008. We have been in contact with the county and
confirmed we received previous needed permits. This is a very urgent matter as we
have already missed the properties sale closing date. Thank you Nicole Kornegay (
previously Hancock)
