Yes, we can either have a Teams call or you can call my office phone (I’m back in the office Monday –
Thursday). I’m free anytime today, tomorrow, or Friday.
Timewise, I don’t think that it will set the project back much, if any (most of the comments for Phases 2
& 3 had to deal with correctly showing that an SCM from one project will be treating BUA on another
project, so those comments would not need to be addressed). The Application and Supplement-EZ Form
would need to be tweaked (essentially combining them). You can keep the two separate calculation
books and even plan sets (I’ll combine them into a single set). It wouldn’t cost anything extra to do
combine these projects into a single one (We would just rename one of the projects “Cresswind Phases
2 & 3” and close out the other project. I’d explain everything that needs to be done to combine the
projects in the request for additional information letter).
This review took longer than I would have liked (between vacation and moving back to the office, I got a
little bogged down with the reviews), but subsequent reviews should be closer to 30 days.
While the developer is waiting for approval, they can do clearing, grubbing, grading, etc. (any
construction activities that do not include placing BUA).
Let me know what time works for you for the meeting.

I am open to that idea but would need to better understand the timing implications for the developer.
They are hoping to get started on Phase 2 as soon as they can.
Can we setup a call to discuss?

I don’t remember if we discussed permitting Phase 2 & 3 of this project together, but is that something
that you are interested in? It would probably make the submission/permitting/design simpler since you
wouldn’t need to worry about the “intermediateness” (ensuring that the Phase 2 design works
irrespective of whether or not Phase 3 ever gets built) of the Phase 2 design.
Let me know.
