Hi Kayla, I've updated the outfalls and facility/permit contacts to Randall, but I paused before updating Owner Affiliation for this permit, NCG120023. That's because the Owner entity here is Onslow County, and lots of other permits are tied to it. If I change it to Randall, he will be the legally responsible person for this permit as well as the others I have highlighted below. Is that okay? If not, you all need to identify someone else with Onslow County that is appropriate to be affiliated with all of those.
