Remedial actions should be taken to correct these problems. The Division of Water Resources may
pursue enforcement action for this and any additional violations of State law.
To prevent further action, carefully review these violations and deficiencies and respond in writing to this
office within 30 days of receipt of this letter. You should address the causes of noncompliance and all
