There is an outstanding fee that is more than 60 days past due for this COC. The annual fee was invoiced on
9/1/2021 and was due on 10/1/2021. Fees more than 60 days past due cannot be waived and the COC cannot be
terminated until the fee has been resolved.
The fastest way to resolve outstanding fees is to pay electronically using our ePayment website:

Additionally, you need to contact the DEQ Raleigh Regional Office to schedule a final erosion control
inspection, if you haven't already. You need to provide a final inspection report from that office as supporting
documentation.
You also need to complete the NOT Certification Form, which is a separate PDF available at:

construction-program. Scroll down to the "How to Terminate a Certificate of Coverage" section and the form is
