AGENT AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT
This agreement made and entered into by and between the NORTH CAROLINA WILDLIFE
RESOURCES COMMISSION ("Commission") and Harold B. Bowlin ("Owner" or owner's
agent). The Owner hereby grants the Commission permission to act as the Owners' agent to
obtain all needed permits from all units of government including, but not limited to, the United
States Army Corps of Engineers and the State of North Carolina to accomplish a stream
restoration project on the Owner's property.
The Commission agrees to obtain and pay any permit processing fees required for the
Commission's and North Carolina Ecosystem Enhancement Program's Stream Mitigation
Program.
