I. THE PURPOSE OF THE STORM DRAIN EASEMENT (SIDE) IS TO PROVIDE STORMWATER
CONVEYANCE. BUILDINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE EASEMENT AREA. ANY OTHER
OBJECTS (FILL, PIPE, ETC.) WHICH IMPEDE STORMWATER FLOW OR SYSTEM
MAINTENANCE ARE ALSO PROHIBITED.
2. THE PROPERTY OWNER(S) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE STORM
DRAIN EASEMENT AND THE SYTEM (PIPE AND/OR CHANNEL) WITHIN THE EASEMENT.
3. APPROVAL OF THIS PLAN IS NOT AN AUTHORIZATION TO GRADE ADJACENT
PROPERTIES. WHEN FIELD CONDITIONS WARRANT OFF -SITE GRADING, PERMISSION
MUST BE OBTAINED FROM THE AFFECTED PROPERTY OWNER(S), AND PROVIDED TO
COUNTY PRIOR TO OFF -SITE LAND DISTURBANCE.
4. PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, PE SEALED SHOP DRAWINGS FOR UNDERGROUND DETENTION
SYSTEMS MUST BE FURNISHED TO UNION COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS/STORMWATER

URBAN FORESTRY NOTES:
I. PROPERTY OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ALL
EXISTING TREES SHOWN ON APPROVED PLANS AS BEING RETAINED TO
MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ARTICLE ARE PROTECTED DURING
THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS FROM REMOVAL, DESTRUCTION, OR
INJURY. BEFORE ANY EXCAVATION TAKES PLACE ON THE SUBJECT
