ACCOMMODATE DEVELOPMENT OF AN AGE -RESTRICTED COMMUNITY ON AN
APPROXIMATELY 2913- ACRE SITE LOCATED ALONG THE WESTERN SIDE OF
POTTER ROAD IN UNION COUNTY BETWEEN WEDDINGTON ROAD AND NEW TOWN
ROAD
I ZONING DISTRICT/ORDINANCE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE WILL BE
GOVERNED BY THE REZONING PLAN AS WELL AS THE APPLICABLE PROVISIONS
OF THE UNION COUNTY DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE ("THE ORDINANCE") UNLESS
THE REZONING PLAN ESTABLISHES MORE STRINGENT STANDARDS, THE
REGULATIONS ESTABLISHED UNDER THE ORDINANCE FOR THE R-4 (CZ) ZONING
CLASSIFICATION SHALL GOVERN ALL DEVELOPMENT TAKING PLACE ON SITE
2 CONCEPTUAL MASTER PLAN THE DEVELOPMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE
CONCEPTUAL MASTER PLAN SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE CONDITIONAL
REZONING APPLICATION PETITIONER SHALL DEVELOP THE SITE IN A MANNER
GENERALLY CONSISTENT WITH THE CONCEPTUAL MASTER PLAN WITH THE
